While BUI3D strives for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee:

AI Assistant & Automated Responses
The BUI3D website may include an AI-powered assistant designed to provide general information about our design approach, materials, and workshop considerations.
Responses generated by the AI assistant are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, technical, engineering, or safety advice.
While we aim to ensure responses are helpful and accurate, AI-generated content may be incomplete, simplified, or subject to limitations. Users are responsible for independently verifying suitability, safety, and correctness for their specific application.
BUI3D accepts no liability for actions taken based on AI-generated responses.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, BUI3D shall not be liable for:

Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute or concern regarding the Site or our services, you agree to contact BUI3D first at contact@bui3d.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute may be resolved through:
Arbitration, where both parties agree to participate in a binding or non-binding arbitration process; or
The relevant legal process, including court proceedings, where arbitration is not applicable or not agreed upon.
This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent legal remedies where necessary.
